Change of your preferences
To change your preferences, just click on the Preferences tab. The mandatory fields are in bold. These are only your name and your email. You can change your name when you want, your name is not your login to access the interface. If you want to change the login, you need to ask the administrator of the website to do it. If you are administrator you need to do it in the Authors section.
The public email field is the email shown to the users on the website. This email is always encoded to prevent spam, but it is always good to put for example youremailATyourdomainDOTcomNOSPAM that way you protect your email even more.
You can also chose another theme for the manager layout. If you have some special needs in term of contrast in the colors, you can create a complete new theme with its own set of icons.
As you can see, the system do not provide many preferences to set, but you will remark that the interface will naturaly remember your last actions and after few days of use you will have the feeling that the system is always proposing you default choices that match your needs.
